My parents took me there in 1964 when I was 5 years old. Great shots, I could spend the day there!

Many angles and many perspectives! Great shots of this abandoned (?) pavilion. I read the comment from Mike Ross – it must be fun to see it again after all those years. And maybe a bit sad too.

As far as I know this structure was built specifically for the World Fair and wasn’t repurposed after the World Fair ended. It was given a new paint job and opened for the public again temporarily for the 50th anniversary celebration of the event.

Aha! Well, it looked repainted and couldn’t have looked that good after all those years!

I haven’t been there in years and when I went, it was a freezing cold day. Your get set makes me want to go back. A great piece of history, Chava and great angles.

We go past it often as our kids are not far away. It makes me sad as I remember the fair so well and it was so fantastic! Thanks for the memory
